In this role you will translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide development work. The position focuses on stabilizing operations, handling incidents in a structured, analytical way, and driving permanent solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation
- Support development teams and oversee design, testing,
and modification phases
- Ensure up-to-date documentation and maintain records
- Monitor and ensure compliance requirements and adhere to schedules
- Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and bugs to implement permanent solutions
- Handle incidents in an L3 support capacity and contribute to problem solving
- Engage in projects involving file interfaces and protocols
- Experience in incident handling and problem solving in an L3 support team
