As an Offensive Security Researcher, you will be tasked with proactively researching the newest and most sophisticated attack techniques and working closely with some of the best security researchers in the industry to shape the future of cyber security. Proactively research and deeply understand the internals of the newest and most sophisticated attack techniques, and emulate these attacks to assess and improve detection engines.
Build tools to support detection assessments, create proofs of concept for the newest techniques and exploits, and develop automation flows to automate unconventional attacks and offensive frameworks. Work closely with the Threat Intelligence team and the research and engineering detection teams to provide guidance and highlight gaps in detection and visibility capabilities.
4+ years of experience in Red Teaming / Security Research / Offensive Research with a deep understanding of Windows internals. Hands-on experience with coding in Python and C/C++.
Deep understanding of the malware world (how malware operates, infamous families, evasion and exploitation techniques).
Experience in malware analysis (statically and dynamically) and reverse engineering (x86/x64).
Experience writing detection signatures.
Experience leveraging agentic AI workflows for malware analysis and detection engineering tasks (reverse engineering, code auditing, signature writing). Proven track record of conference speaking at security conferences or publications is an advantage.
