* MonitortheprofitabilityofF&Boutlets;,andprovidesolutionsforimprovementwhileensuringeachoutlet'sprofitability. * AidinthedevelopmentofideastoincreaseF&Bsalesproductivity;,planandimplementeffectivesalesandpromotionalactivities,andidentifymarketneedsandtrendsforbothResortguestsandthelocalmarket. * Contributetobuildinganefficientteamthroughtraining,development,safety,andwelfareinitiatives,andparticipateintrainingprogramstoimprovepersonalanddepartmentalstandards. * AssistinthetraininganddevelopmentofOutletManagers,ensurecompliancewiththeQualityManagementSystem(QMS),andpromoteawarenessofcustomerrequirementsthroughouttheorganization. * Provideongoingcoaching,counseling,anddisciplinetocolleagues,maintainappropriaterecordsofeducationandtraining,andensurestaffinglevelsandcompetencearesufficienttomeetorganizationalandcustomerneeds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
