Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering leads loyalty-focused engineering across Expedia Group brands. You shape strategy, mentor engineers, and drive cross-brand loyalty initiatives. You partner with Product and Technology to prioritize work, influence architecture, and deliver valuable experiences to travelers. This is a high-impact role that blends technical leadership with people growth to scale platform services and APIs.

Provide technical leadership across distributed systems, APIs, and services supporting rewards, benefits, and traveler engagement.
Experience leading software engineering teams in a technology organization.
Experience developing engineers and future leaders through coaching, feedback, and career support. Technical background in software engineering, with experience in backend, platform, web, or mobile technologies.
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
Understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices. Proficient communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
