For leather goods and accessories, we support international brands from product development and engineering through precision manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and scalable production. About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Italy to develop new opportunities across the Italian leather goods, accessories, and fashion ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands how design, product development, sourcing, and manufacturing work together and can help connect relevant brands and product teams with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities * Identify new opportunities with Italian leather goods, handbag, accessories, and fashion brands. * Build relationships with product development, sourcing, procurement, and supplier-management professionals. * Introduce YIBI's hardware engineering and manufacturing capabilities. * Support initial product discussions, development inquiries,
and commercial follow-up. * Provide insights into Italian leather goods and accessories industry needs. * Develop long-term relationships with brands and industry partners. Qualifications * Familiarity with leather goods, bags, accessories, hardware components, or premium manufacturing. * Understanding of product-development and manufacturing processes is highly valued. * Strong commercial judgment and communication skills. * Existing industry relationships in Italy are an advantage.
