OneFinance 2026 is a Group-level Finance Transformation Program across 30+ Countries within the Generali Group. The program is building a harmonized Finance platform based on a single group template, integrating core accounting with procurement, financial request management, consolidation, and regulatory compliance processes. Delivered in partnership with leading global consulting firms, it is one of the most strategically significant and complex transformation programs currently active within the Group. With multiple country go-lives underway and further waves in active delivery, quality and testing governance are among the most critical success factors of the program. Each rollout involves full end-to-end validation across the core platform, its satellite integrations, and business processes spanning Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services. We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to own the end-to-end testing strategy for OneFinance 2026 and lead a dedicated Test Management team. You will be accountable for test strategy design,
test automation development (including AI-assisted approaches), and the quality gate governance that determines readiness for each country go-live. You will operate across all test phases and work closely with functional workstream leads, integration teams, business stakeholders, and the IT Program Director. You will also be responsible for building and evolving the test automation capability within the program, leveraging modern tooling and AI-augmented test case generation and execution. Key responsibilities of the role will include: * Test Strategy & Governance: Define, own, and continuously evolve the program-level test strategy covering all phases. Establish quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and testing KPIs for each country go-live. Ensure alignment between test scope and functional design across all workstreams. * Test Team Leadership: Functionally coordinate test analysts and automation engineers (internal and external) embedd
