We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for our client operating in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, in Milan, Italy. Qualifications * Degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial/account management roles in a B2B environment. * Solid knowledge of sales processes and key account management. * Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Native or Advanced Italian and good command of English (minimum B2 level). * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. * Experience in international logistics is a plus. Key Responsibilities * Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers. * Identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities. * Prepare offers, manage orders, and monitor commercial activities. * Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts. * Coordinate customer-related activities with internal departments. * Support the resolution of issues related to quality, delivery, and service. * Oversee logistics activities, direct deliveries, and external service providers. * Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
