You will contribute to the company’s growth and success by managing strategic projects that will have a direct impact on management control on an international scale. Specifically, you will be responsible for: * Carrying out documentation and administrative activities related to the contract lifecycle * Coordinating supplier onboarding and ensuring the collection and validation of documentation * Managing the digital signature process for contracts and overseeing the operational workflow * Maintaining alignment between management systems and official documentation * Supporting the integration of new affiliates, analyzing spending, identifying duplicate contracts, and rationalizing suppliers * Producing reports for the supervisory body and supporting the Compliance function What skills are we looking for? * Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations * Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management tools * Skills in advanced E
