Responsibilities TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results. Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last. You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners. This is a unique opportunity to lead TikTok's commercial growth in Greece with real ownership and strategic influence. This team is responsible for the local go-to-market strategy, building key partnerships with leading brands and agencies, and sits alongside the wider FRITES (France, Italy & Spain) commercial teams. The Country Lead is responsible for building long term partnerships with Greek clients and agencies, and to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, creating a seamless experience for our users and developing deep connections with our brands. The Country Lead will manage a team consisting of Brand Partnership Managers, Client Solutions Managers and Agency Partnership Managers. Responsibilities * Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok * Lead and grow local and global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions * Help deepen penetration in the market * Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market * Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement
