Overview In this role you drive growth for Inrecruiting in the UK, acting as the local commercial link between the UK team and Italian HQ. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to demo, negotiation and closure—while ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sale support. You'll explore partnerships in the HR tech ecosystem and feed market feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position with the support of a major European tech group. closing * Conduct pre-sales demos and tailor solutions to client needs * Coordinate post-sales onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction with support teams * Develop partnerships with resellers/HR tech partners * Gather market feedback to inform product improvements and GTM strategies * Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasts and activity reports Requisiti fondamentali * 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally HR Tech/ATS/recruiting software * Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, customer success * Hands-on, able to work independently and manage multiple roles (pre-sales, sales, account management) * Proactive, problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial attitude * Familiarity with CRM tools * Knowledge of the UK HR/recruitment market is a plus * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset * Strong problem-solving能力 * CRM tools proficiency * B2B SaaS sales experience * Knowledge of HR tech/ATS/recruiting software
