About the Role

Advanced intralogistics and smart warehousing are at the core of our clients' operations. We are looking for specialized SAP EWM Consultants to lead logistics transformation programs across high-precision environments.

You will be responsible for designing and deploying cutting-edge warehouse automation, RF/mobility solutions, and optimized distribution workflows on SAP S/4HANA Embedded and Decentralized EWM .

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse Architecture Design: Define and structure warehouse organizational hierarchies (Storage Types, Storage Sections, Storage Bins, Activity Areas, Work Centers).
- Process Configuration: Configure advanced inbound processing, internal stock movements, slotting & rearrangement, wave management, pick-pack-pass, and complex outbound staging/loading.
- Master Data & Migration: Lead Master Data collection, verification, and migration strategies (packaging specifications, warehouse product masters).
- Hardware & Systems Integration: Configure RF framework, barcode/mobile data entry, and integrate EWM with manufacturing execution (PP) and core transport/sales processes.
- Project Delivery & Support: Coordinate functional testing, user training, and cutover execution; provide hands-on floor support during Go-Live stabilization.
- Team Coordination (Senior Level): Steer offshore/nearshore technical units,



ensuring compliance with architectural standards and project delivery milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 4+ years of specialized experience configuring and deploying SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized) across at least one full lifecycle project.
- Logistics Acumen: Strong conceptual understanding of modern industrial warehouse logistics, automated material handling, and inventory accuracy practices.
- Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory for international coordination and functional documentation); Italian proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
- Availability: Flexibility to travel onsite for Go-Live deployment phases as required by operational project milestones.

What We Offer

- Competitive Remuneration:
- Mid-Level Consultant (3–5 years): €30,000 – €45,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL)
- Senior Consultant / Solution Architect (5+ years): €37,000 – €55,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL) (Package calibrated against demonstrated depth in warehouse architecture and implementation track record).
- Lavoro da remoto Framework: Hybrid model (1 day onsite per week at Modena or Milan facilities + dedicated onsite hypercare during major go-lives).
