For our client, a leading company in the production of rubber-based systems for offset and digital printing, we are looking for a:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Sales Director of the Business Unit and will be responsible for managing and developing an established and highly specialised business in the rubber semi-finished products sector.
The role involves direct customer management, the development of new business opportunities, and coordination with internal departments, including Production, Logistics, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and R&D;, to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the sales plan for the assigned area, ensuring that sales and profitability targets are achieved.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities.
Analyse market trends, sales performance, and competitive dynamics, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
Develop growth strategies for the business segment and contribute to the introduction of new products and technologies.
Coordinate activities with the relevant departments, ensuring effective management of priorities and projects.
Ensure high standards of service, quality, and compliance, contributing to the continuous improvement of the business, including at an international level.
Represent the company in dealings with customers and key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in a technical or scientific field, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in sales roles within similar industrial environments.
Experience in B2B sales of rubber materials for decorative and/or technical surfaces, seals, and joints, with knowledge of the relevant technologies.
Strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Excellent command of English (part of the recruitment process will be conducted in English).
Nice to Have
Experience in both field sales and sales support or back-office roles.
Experience working in international environments.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and operations in industrial environments.
Familiarity with product development activities and the introduction of new technologies.
Personal Skills The ideal candidate is results-oriented, able to work independently, and has strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required, together with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and strong diplomatic skills.
Compensation and Benefits For this full-time position, the gross annual salary will range from €45,000 to €60,000 .
This salary range complies with the pay transparency requirements set out in EU Directive 2023/970.
The compensation package also includes:
Benefits: Company canteen and a lavoro da remoto policy to be agreed based on organisational needs.
Company car: Not provided, as the role will mainly involve office-based work and occasional business trips by plane.
