Job Description The Solution Manager is responsible for ensuring that all designed solutions meet the desired outcomes of our customers. They will provide expert knowledge of their portfolio and the customer settings in which they are used, and will apply a consultative mindset to ensure that our customers’ needs are met. As Solution Manager you will work with Sales, Marketing, Technical and Clinical colleagues to make sure that the customer has the best customer experience, developing deep and trusted relationships within the hospital environment.
Main Responsibilities Will Include * Responsibility for ensuring that all designed solutions meet the desired outcomes for customers. * Responsibility to lead workflows discussion and optimisation for BD medication management solution * Demonstrating Lean experience, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Leading truly consultative interactions, workshops and projects leading to larger, long-term partnerships with customers, including multiple MMS product solutions. * Create the solution design and technical offer including the drawings of the solution design. * Review, analyse and create the required technical documentations for public tenders. * Develop experience integrating database information with visualization tools. * Develop ability to develop automated tools to simplify data capture and analysis. * Support implementation projects to ensure customer success.
