No Offer Description The assignment is aimed at the analysis and interpretation of the main physical and biogeochemical oceanographic parameters in order to assess the effects of climate change on the spatiotemporal variability of marine ecosystems. The activities include data acquisition using multiparameter probes, management and analysis of oceanographic databases, and biogeochemical analysis of samples using chromatographic and/or spectrophotometric techniques, collected during research/monitoring surveys and from long-term observation stations.



Statistical analyses will also be conducted to investigate water mass dynamics and the effects of, and adaptive responses of, marine ecosystems to climate change and anthropogenic impacts. The activities will further include the development and optimization of analytical protocols, support for monitoring and research activities, as well as the preparation of technical-scientific reports, deliverables, and contributions to scientific publications. * Master’s degree in LM-6 Biology, LM-60 Natural Sciences, or LM-75 Environmental and Territorial Sciences and Technologies (or equivalent qualifications), obtained no more than six years before the application deadline, together with a curriculum suitable for supporting the research activities covered by the appointment: * Proficiency in the English language; * Proficiency in the Italian language for applicants who are not Italian citizens. * Italy Eligibility of fellows: country/ies of residence: * OTHER Eligibil
