Who We're Looking For For our K-Way store in Bolzano , we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant.
As a Sales Assistant , you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while bringing the K-Way spirit to life in store. Through your passion for the brand and customer-focused approach, you will support sales performance, maintain high store standards, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
- Inspire customers through your passion for the K-Way brand and products.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and store objectives.
- Ensure products are replenished, presented, and maintained according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle fitting room and cash desk operations efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to drive store success.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant within the fashion and retail industry.
- Fluent English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Reliable, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedules.
Offer Conditions
- Fixed-term Employment Contract (duration: 3 months), with the possibility of future continuation based on performance and business needs.
- Working hours: Full-time (40H per week)
- Level IV° under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of Companies in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sectors – Confcommercio (CCNL)
- Salary Package: approximately estimated at € 25.000
