CRA * Drive Security by Design projects including OT network architecture reviews and cybersecurity requirement definitions for greenfield projects * Define and implement OT cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82) * Work with advanced OT security solutions (IDS, Secure Remote Access, EDR) across design, deployment and maintenance phases * Ensure real-time monitoring and protection of critical industrial systems to reduce vulnerabilities Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field * 1-3 years of OT cybersecurity experience * Understanding of OT technologies (PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, HMIs, DCS) * Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF; knowledge of industry sectors (manufacturing, oil & gas) * OT-related certifications such as GIAC GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 (a definite plus) * Effective communication * Team-oriented mindset * Passion for innovation * IDS (Intrusion Detection System) * SRA (Secure Remote Access) * EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)
