As a Global Early Careers Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving excellence across our flagship Power+ Graduate Program while leading and enhancing our broader Early Careers strategy. You will ensure a world-class experience for emerging talent, support business growth, and strengthen our global talent pipeline through graduate programs, internships, apprenticeships, university partnerships, and other early-career initiatives. In this highly visible global role, you will act as the central point of expertise, governance, and coordination for Power+, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, country stakeholders, and leading the team of Regional Program Coordinators across multiple regions.



You will combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance the impact and value of our early-career programs. You will also lead cross-functional talent initiatives that support Hitachi Energy’s People Strategy, helping us attract, develop, engage, and retain diverse emerging talent across the globe.
