About The Role We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Milan and play a key role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. You’ll work across FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that help shape business decisions and support the growth of a fast‑scaling company. Key Responsibilities * Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes * Build and maintain financial models covering P&L;, cash flow, scenarios, and business planning * Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway * Prepare management reporting and contribute to board and investor reporting * Perform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks,
and opportunities * Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision‑making * Contribute to fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance projects * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities What We’re Looking For * 2–4 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical role * Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail * Confidence in building, interpreting, and communicating financial models * Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles * Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills and experience working with large datasets * Familiarity with Salesforce * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights * Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders * Fluent English * Based in Milan or willing to relo
