About the Role
This is a receptionist role within Infront, a sports media and events business, offered on a one-year fixed-term contract at 100%. The post-holder provides front-desk and switchboard support, prepares meeting rooms and manages incoming and outgoing mail. Key Responsibilities Ensure professional service at the reception desk
Answer all incoming phone calls at the switchboard
Receive all visitors at the front desk and inform the requested colleagues
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
Handle the inbox and outgoing mail, including the delivery service
Required Experience & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Experience in all Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
Advanced knowledge of English
Salary €26,000 – €28,000 Per year
