Project Coordinator – ERP & PLM Programs

The Project Coordinator serves as the local single point of contact (SPOC) between the business teams in Italy and the project team, focusing on task management to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary business-facing representative of the ERP and PLM transformation program for Italy.

- Ensure that business requirements are properly documented, understood and validated.

- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for IT teams.

- Translate technical solutions into business language that users can understand.

- Facilitate decision-making by helping stakeholders understand system capabilities, impacts and trade-offs.

- Ensure that business concerns, operational constraints and improvement ideas are communicated effectively to the project teams.

Key Requirements:





- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering environments.

- Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades or business transformation programs.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in manufacturing organizations.

- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite

- Experience with ENOVIA PLM or equivalent PLM platforms

Tools

MS Office (Excel is essential, plus Outlook and PowerPoint), MS Teams and SharePoint.

Familiarity with a task-tracking tool such as Planner, Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in a multinational business setting.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Location: On-site at the office in Italy
