and continuous service improvement * Leadership development of global delivery teams across regions * Pre-sales solutioning and shaping proposals * Risk, governance and compliance oversight Requisiti fondamentali * 15–20 years of progressive enterprise IT/Managed Services experience * Minimum 8 years leading global delivery organizations or large portfolios * Proven track record managing enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar annual contracts * Experience delivering across multinational / multi-region environments * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field; master's preferred * strong stakeholder management * vision and strategic thinking * cross-functional collaboration * Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP * Enterprise infrastructure: Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, networking * Identity and security: Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, Zero Trust, SIEM
