You will support the Plant Manager in planning and tracking all maintenance activities and Key Business Indicators (KBIs), while also contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Production team.

- Management of Technical Suppliers (Services and Spare Parts)
- Technical warehouse management: spare parts, consumables and clothing orders, inventory and provisioning
- Repair and Maintenance, Consumables budget management
- Management of a team of Maintenance Technician (6 people)
- Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Plant
Engineering & Continuous Improvement Management Planning, managing, and overseeing CAPEX for plant improvements and upgrades
- Leading and managing engineering projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Working across Plant Organization to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency
- Management of 1 engineering / CI specialist.
Performance
Monitoring & KPI Governance Monitoring and follow-up of maintenance KPIs and Plant KBIs
- Analysis of technical performance data to support decision-making;

Master
Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years' experience both in maintenance and in people management
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel), knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
- Strong determination, proactivity, curiosity, motivation, teamwork skills, and a results-oriented approach, with a strong interest in the production sector
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage change.
