? About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Linux Engineer with strong expertise in Linux server administration, infrastructure automation, system monitoring, and virtualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise Linux environments, ensuring high availability, system performance, security, and reliable infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 6/7/8), CentOS, and Ubuntu servers.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Puppet and Ansible.
- Manage Red Hat Satellite, Foreman, and Katello for server provisioning, patch management, and configuration.
- Administer HP Blade and Rack Servers, including hardware troubleshooting and RAID configurations (RAID 5/6/10).
- Configure and manage Linux services, including DNS (BIND), LVM, Postfix SMTP, Dovecot, ClamAV, and Amavis.
- Perform Kickstart-based Linux installations and configure network bonding, kernel tuning, and central Syslog servers.
- Manage and monitor system performance, availability, security, and infrastructure health.
- Configure and maintain Red Hat clusters to support high availability and service continuity.
- Manage virtual machines through VMware vCenter, with knowledge of datastores, DRS, High Availability (HA), and replication.
- Support disaster recovery planning, implementation, and recovery procedures.
- Work with SAN storage technologies, including Fibre Channel and iSCSI.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Required Skills
- 6–7 years of experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience with RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu Linux administration.
- Proficiency in Puppet, Ansible, Foreman, Katello, and Red Hat Satellite.
- Experience with enterprise server hardware, Linux networking, storage, clustering, and virtualization.
- Good understanding of monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, and ITSM processes.
