To achieve revenue targets through the retention and growth of existing customers (T1, T2, T3) and hunting prospects. Is field based.
Sales
- Identify new clients and qualify new opportunities
- Identify key contacts within existing accounts; cross selling and upselling accordingly
- Develop and maintain account plan to support revenue goals and objectives
- Build and implement an effective contact strategy
Processes
- Understand Experian's proposition and be able to articulate this in the context of the client/s requirements. Have broad
- knowledge of the market we operate in and our competitors
Client
- Forecast accurately and consistently on a monthly basis and effectively manage client debt Operational
- Ensure all KPIs surrounding client contact, retention, and growth are met. Customer
- Actively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do.
- Ensure that good client / consumer outcomes are at the centre of all operational activity and decision making.
- Deliver great clients and consumers service and seek to exceed client / consumer expectations.
Regulatory, Governance and Control
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and expedite issues quickly.
- Pro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these.
- Understand and adhere to specific regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Understand and participate in Elevate Performance ensuring stretching personal objectives, a personal development plan and regular self and team feedback.
- Comply with the Training and Competency requirements and complete required training in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Drive, determination and the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to build and sustain effective business relationships
- Fluency in data, analytics and business process management
- Proven ability to articulate complex propositions in terms of business value
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Demonstrable leadership of others
Qualifications 10 years experience in consultive sales roles, ideally in the sortwere / data industry
Knowledge / Network about financial industry (banks / financial house / payment institutions / ...)
Additional Information Salary range =52.100,00 - 67.750,00
Level=EB8
The indicated range serves as a reference point. The final package will be determined during the selection process based on objective, gender-neutral criteria.
