Italian Speaking Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our client's prestigious customer service hub. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
Maintain a deep understanding of product features and service policies within the Customer Support Services sector

Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support workflows and improve overall service efficiency
