ISX Program Manager, Reverse Logistic Services (RLS)
In this role you will own and improve the in-store returns experience across Italy’s 17,000 partner and carrier locations, ensuring fast, easy, and reliable returns. You will field-coach partner teams to Amazon’s standards, prioritize work with data, and drive measurable improvements in speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll deploy network-wide improvements and shape EU-wide standards from field insights, building scalable programs and a formative EU field team. This is a founding role with visibility across the network and the broader business.

- Own the in-store returns experience across ~17,000 locations in Italy; ensure fast, easy, reliable returns
- Visit sites, observe returns handling, and coach partner teams to Amazon's standards
- Prioritize work using data to focus on underperforming partners and locations
- Drive improvements on metrics: service speed, reliability, customer satisfaction, site readiness
- Deploy scalable, network-wide improvements (signage, supplies,
training, tools) across Italy
- Translate field insights into recommendations to influence EU-wide returns standards and programs
- Manage performance cycles for underperformers; escalated when needed to Business Partnerships or Transportation
- Help define audits, coaching, and reporting as a founding team member and feed insights into ISX monthly reporting
- Relevant experience in operations, field operations, retail, logistics, or program management
- Experience improving performance across a large, distributed multi-site or partner network using data to prioritize
- Experience coaching, influencing, or holding external partners accountable without direct authority
- Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, build-from-scratch environment and prioritizing high-impact work
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and work hands-on in a store/drop-off environment
