h3Job Description Summary /h3pWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee the purchasing of goods and services, manage vendor contracts, and ensure a seamless supply chain process. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing procurement activities from purchase order preparation and contract negotiation to tracking deliveries and evaluating vendor performance. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that quality, compliance, and customer delivery commitments are consistently met. /ph3Job Description /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnd-to-End Purchasing: Manage the procurement cycle for assigned product categories, issuing purchase orders, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking deliveries to guarantee on-time fulfillment. /liliContract Management Negotiation: Partner with the Strategic Sourcing team to negotiate, draft, and finalize contract terms and conditions, securing optimal commercial conditions. /liliCompliance Governance:



Coordinate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all vendor agreements adhere strictly to internal company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal regulations. /liliSupplier Performance Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with key suppliers.
