We are working with a rapidly growing renewable energy developer focused on delivering utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Europe. With an ambitious growth strategy and expanding international portfolio, they are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support the safe delivery of major renewable energy projects. What You'll Be Doing: * Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and industry best practices * Conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety evaluations * Monitoring contractors and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance throughout project execution * Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions * Driving a strong safety culture through site engagement and awareness initiatives * Collaborating closely with project teams, engineers, contractors,
