supporting their HR needs and ensuring a positive employee experience. /li liManage employee cases and support investigations in line with local legislation, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. /li liSupport initiatives to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement across the site. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders including High Volume Hiring, HR Shared Services, and Payroll to execute hiring, recruiting, and engagement initiatives. /li liPartner with the site HR team to develop, implement, and maintain effective communication plans. /li liLead or support HR projects as assigned, driving them through to completion. /li liCollect and analyse data to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement initiatives. /li liConduct compliance audits and apply knowledge of local employment law and legislation with supervision fr
