About the Role
We are looking for an HSE Intern to join the Health, Safety and Environment team in Bologna. The intern will support the team mainly on environmental compliance activities and the maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, gaining practical experience in an industrial environment and interacting with different company functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support environmental compliance activities.
- Assist with environmental authorizations and related requirements.
- Support activities related to waste,
wastewater and emissions management.
- Assist in monitoring environmental deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Support the maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Contribute to updating environmental procedures and documentation.
- Assist with environmental KPI monitoring and periodic reporting.
- Collaborate with Facility, Operations and Production functions on environmental topics.
- Support the HSE team in day-to-day environmental activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of environmental processes.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental, Chemical, Environmental and Land Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Interest in Health, Safety and Environment topics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in using digital tools.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Organizational skills, proactivity and willingness to learn.
