What you will be doing * Developing seasonal joint business plans with Brand Centers and Value Dealers to grow key Apparel & Protective product categories. * Executing strategic account plans to expand categories, drive sell-through, and generate incremental consumer demand. * Driving sales growth across channels in Lombardia and South Tyrol,
including ski schools, clubs, and sports associations. * Ensuring profitable and sustainable retailer-rental growth in your territory. * Managing the full order book and resolving delivery or credit issues to guarantee timely supply. * Activating trade marketing and sell-through programs in collaboration with internal Marketing teams. * Leading product presentations and consumer events to showcase the value, innovation, and technical features of Atomic’s Apparel & Protective lines. * Representing Atomic at events and collaborating internally to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and ensure a superior customer experience. Your profile and required competencies * Proven sales expertise in apparel and winter sports equipment, with at least 3+ years in account management or a similar role * Strong business acumen, advanced Excel and data analysis skills * Confident in digital tools and IT sys
