Hosco We are on the lookout for a passionate Guest Services Executive - Concierge to join the summer season 2027 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
- Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Support the team in managing reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
- Promote hotel services and upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
