Jumeirah Capri Palace is hiring through Hosco in Anacapri.We are on the lookout for a passionate Guest Services Executive - Concierge to join the summer season 2027 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.
The main duties and responsibilities are: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.Support the team in managing reservations,
confirmations, and guest correspondence.Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.Promote hotel services and upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: A minimum of 1 year customer service experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.Good knowledge of PMS SystemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility, organisational skills and adaptability into a fast-paced environment.Please see the full vacancy for the benefits offered by Jumeirah Capri Palace.
