Tasks * Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels,



including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributors * Drive regional business growth in central Italy/south Italy, with willingness to travel across Italy * Manage key accounts, respond to client needs, and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teams * Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction * Other work assigned by the leadership Requirements * Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred * At least 3 years of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions * Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian * Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics #J-18808-Ljbffr
