Help clients shape transformation plans and roadmaps for change Provide hands-on program and change management capabilities on large-scale transformations Lead or coordinate relevant workstreams Set vision, culture, and momentum for change within the business Support design, implementation and management of transformation offices and infrastructure Articulate a compelling case for change and coach sponsors on messaging and behaviour Design and deliver change initiatives Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills
