Ownership: You feel responsible for the product, from the first commit to monitoring jobs in production.
Pragmatism: You look for the most effective solution for the business, balancing clean code with shared goals.
Clear Communication: You are able to collaborate with non-technical teams (e.g. logistics, finance) to translate business processes into software logic.
Attention to Detail: Since you will be handling payments and invoicing, precision and a methodical approach to testing come naturally to you.
Team Spirit: We believe in ongoing collaboration and open discussion. We are looking for someone proactive, enjoyable to work with (and have a coffee with!), and able to face challenges with a smile.
