Responsabilità

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software Diagnose and resolve service concerns with care and empathy Stay up-to-date on Apple products, services, and repair processes Identify recurring repair issues and relay feedback to Apple Educate customers on products, services,



and purchase options Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve service quality Support customer-facing activities on and off the sales floor Foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple values in daily work

Requisiti fondamentali
