Overview In this role you will lead the start-up and industrialization of a new MDO production line for CPP-films, collaborating with production, QC and R&D; to bring new products to scale. You will ensure process stability, quality and efficiency while solving problems and deploying best practices. You will provide technical leadership and transfer knowledge to shopfloor teams, helping to drive a high-performing, cross-functional operation.

Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally in film Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience Strong operational mindset with hands-on work approach Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties) Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Strong team player and communicator able to connect with R&D; and production team player effective communicator problem solver MDO and BOPP line experience extrusion and stretching processes film properties knowledge
