Description
We are looking for a Finance Intern eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance team in the daily accounting and administrative operations of the hotel, gaining exposure to different areas of financial management.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assisting with invoice processing and filing.
- Verifying financial documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting month-end closing activities.
- Assisting with revenue and expense tracking.
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Finance department.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and numerical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
