Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across industries Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases,
and adoption roadmaps Analyze AI trends and market dynamics to produce actionable insights Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Support design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and adoption Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends to practical insights Cross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks) Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation Experience with data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations customer-focused growth mindset inclusive collaboration Python SQL ML frameworks
