Role Description This full-time Factory Worker role is an on-site position based in Salerno.

The Factory

Worker will handle daily production activities, including operating machinery, packing finished products, and assisting with basic equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities include following safety and cleanliness standards, monitoring product quality, and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors. The role also involves coordinating with team members to meet production targets, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. Flexibility to work in different areas of the production line and to follow shift schedules is required.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Packing tasks, including accurate labeling, safe handling of goods, and preparing products for shipment.
- Experience with Machine Operation, including starting, stopping, and monitoring production equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.




- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures, with the ability to inspect products and materials and identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Skills in Forklift Operation and safe material handling, including loading, unloading, and moving pallets within the factory.
- Basic Maintenance abilities, such as routine checks, minor adjustments, and promptly reporting technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and safety protocols, and willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
