Executive Assistant, EU Stores - Retail Hardlines

We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in our fast-growing EU Stores Retail Hardlines organization. You will act as a seamless extension of the leader you support and partner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organization. Key job responsibilities Own and manage a complex, fast-changing executive calendar across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting Plan and run team activities and events — staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and team social events Act as a trusted business partner to the leader and the wider leadership team Partner with recruiting, other EAs, and cross-functional teams to support the broader organization Manage team space, logistics, and ad hoc project coordination Basic Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications Experience as an Executive Assistant Experience with executive level calendar management Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Preferred Qualifications Experience leading process improvements Experience in a fast-paced,
high-tech company Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround We make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills.
