evolve and maintain application and system architecture (microservices, distributed systems) * Promote architectural principles and coding guidelines through reviews and best practices * Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption to support product evolution * Lead modernization of technology landscape transitioning from legacy to cloud-native, containerized architectures Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years in software development within the .NET/.NET Core ecosystem * Strong C#, REST APIs, and enterprise application design * Proven experience with microservices-based and distributed architectures * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and release automation * Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling * English proficiency at C1 level * leadership and mentorship * strategic thinking and decision making * cross-functional collaboration * C#/.NET Core * REST API design * microservices architect
