Discover your exciting role The Director Engineering & Design Management is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and continuous development of the Engineering & Design organization. The role ensures the successful execution of engineering and design activities across projects and market sectors while driving technical excellence, quality, safety, innovation, and operational efficiency. As a member of the leadership team, the position contributes to strategic business objectives, resource planning, and organizational development.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and design teams across multiple projects and market sectors
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions that meet business and client requirements
- Drive engineering excellence through the implementation of standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee engineering resource planning, utilization, performance, and capability development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution, innovation, and business growth

Show Your Expertise





- University degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of leadership experience in engineering and design management within project-based industries
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, project execution, quality management, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong business and customer focus

The salary range for this position is between € 77’300 and 103’900 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
