The HSE Engineer will focus on ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role involves developing and implementing effective safety procedures, risk assessments, and training programs to maintain a safe working environment. Our client is a leading international manufacturing company and part of a global industrial group. The Italian site specializes in the production of advanced materials for a broad range of industrial applications, operating within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. Description * Act as the RSPP (Health & Safety Manager) for the site, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations. * Lead the site's Health, Safety & Environment programs, driving a proactive safety culture across the organization. * Maintain and continuously improve risk assessments, HSE procedures, and statutory documentation. * Plan and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. * Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions,



implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. * Develop, track, and report HSE KPIs, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate HSE training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. * Partner with occupational health professionals, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders. * Support operational teams in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities. * Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and permits. * Manage HSE management systems and support certification processes (e.g. ISO standards). * Champion employee engagement and awareness initiatives to strengthen the site's safety culture. Profile A successful HSE Engineer should have: * A degree in engineering or a related field. * K * Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline. * 7-10 years
