About this Position We arelooking for a National Account Manager DIY with solid and provenexperience in the DIY, construction chemicals, and technical buildingmaterials industry.As aNational Account Manager DIY, you will be responsible for developing andmanaging key national customers within the DIY and Home Improvement channel. Youwill play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategy and will workclosely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Application Engineering, andother business functions to accelerate business growth. If you comefrom the construction chemicals and technical building materials industry andare looking for a new professional challenge with greater responsibility andimpact, we would be delighted to meet you. What you´ll do * Define and execute thecommercial strategy for global, regional, and local customers, includingannual revenue plans and sales targets within the DIY and Home Improvementchannels. * Identify business opportunitiesand manage the budgets dedicated to commercial development for assignedcustomers and agreed objectives.
* Define and implement jointbusiness plans, translating customer strategies and priorities into ashared roadmap. * Develop and maintain strong,sustainable, long-term relationships with key customers, buyers, anddecision-makers. * Negotiate commercialagreements, contracts, assortments, and promotional activities, ensuringcompliance with commitments and commercial policies. * Analyze performance data, KPIs,profitability, and customer potential. * Collaborate with Marketing,Trade Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to developchannel-specific projects while monitoring market trends, industrydynamics, and competitive scenarios. * Actively contribute to thedefinition and implementation of the DIY strategy in Italy by identifyingnew growth opportunities, business development initiatives, and newcustomer acquisition plans. * Collaborate with and provideguidance to the field sales force.
