adapting strategies to market dynamics * Drive customer engagement and ensure pipeline management through CRM-based tools and data-driven decision-making * Build and maintain relationships with water utilities, distributors, design institutes, consulting firms, and public authorities * Align customer segmentation with Grundfos's sales strategy and business objectives * Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow Requisiti fondamentali * 5-7+ years of sales experience with proven leadership and team development * Residence in Toscana, Campania, Lazio, Marche, or Abruzzo * Strong knowledge of the Italian water utility and irrigation markets and stakeholders * Experience implementing sales strategies in complex industrial or manufacturing environments * Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field * Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales pipeline management * Fluency in Italian and English * results-oriented mindset * strong relationship-building * strategic thinking * CRM tools * data-driven sales pipeli
