Role Description The Compliance Intern will be part of the Compliance Department at HQ level, supporting the team in ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance activities within an international and dynamic environment. The intern will collaborate with multiple business functions, developing a solid understanding of data protection, corporate compliance, third-party due diligence processes, and organizational governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the drafting, review, and update of internal policies and operating procedures to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations, helping promote best practices across the organization.
- Support the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) in planning and conducting periodic controls related to the implementation of the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
- Perform third-party due diligence activities and ongoing monitoring through screening tools and dedicated databases.
- Collaborate with different business functions to support compliance-related initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive attitude, accountability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned activities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
