As an Accounting Manager, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the Accounting function and driving the continuous development of processes and systems. Your Responsibilities * Responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting * Strong knowledge of the relevant Italian accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage * Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements * Experience in the preparation and management of annual financial statements * Managing and continuously improving accounting processes and structures * In-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes,
with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing more efficient workflows, digitalization initiatives, and optimization projects within accounting * Supporting change and transformation processes * Proactive identification and evaluation of funding programs and grants * Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders * Providing professional leadership and development of the accounting team Your Profile * Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification is an advantage * Several years of professional experience in accounting, with solid expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting * Strong knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax requirements * Experience in audit firms or external auditing companies is an advantage * Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central and/or SAP * Leadership experience combined with excellent communic
