Do you own Clinical Data Management end to end – from DMPs and eCRFs to edit checks and data reconciliation? An international company specializing in clinical research and biometrics services for pharmaceutical and biotech organizations is looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join its biometrics team, fully remote. You will lead CDM activities across international clinical studies, work closely with sponsors, Biostatistics and Statistical Programming teams and support study-level decisions.
We expect strong experience in Clinical Data Management within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech environment, hands-on work with EDC systems and independent management of clinical studies.

- biometrics team of an international clinical research and biometrics services company
- end-to-end Clinical Data Management across international clinical studies
- Data Management Plans, CRFs/eCRFs, edit checks and data review specifications
- data reconciliation, external data transfers and monitoring of data quality and timelines
- close cooperation with Biostatistics and Statistical Programming teams and direct communication with sponsors
- full-time employment from 12/2026, 100 % remote from Italy or the Czech Republic
? Skills
- strong experience in Clinical Data Management
- previous experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- experience managing clinical studies independently
- strong hands-on experience with EDC systems and good understanding of clinical database processes
- DMPs, CRFs/eCRFs, edit checks and data review
- data reconciliation and external data transfers
- strong organizational, problem-solving and client / sponsor communication skills
- English C1
? Nice to have
- experience from a specialized biometrics company or CRO
- close collaboration with Biostatistics and Statistical Programming teams
- managing multiple international clinical studies
- improving or establishing CDM processes and standards
- experience with multiple EDC platforms
- strong sponsor-facing and stakeholder management skills
